Maintenance Technician – Patriots Pointe

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of Patriots Pointe – a 240‑unit garden‑style community in Hillsborough, NC – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. The role involves responding to resident requests, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Diagnose and repair defects in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to ready vacant apartments for leasing and move‑ins.
• Follow rotating on‑call schedule as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks on residential properties.
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and overall property standards.
• Capability to work independently and follow established procedures.
