Maintenance Technician – Park Summit

About the role
The Maintenance Technician will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas at Park Summit meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident work order requests and complete assigned repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance across the property, diagnosing defects and addressing them promptly.
- Maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general fixtures.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of property maintenance experience.
- Basic maintenance and “make‑ready” skills.
- Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm.
