About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Overlook at Bernardo Heights property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance across the property by diagnosing the source of issues.
- Respond to on‑call duties as required during the Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of maintenance experience.
- Property‑management maintenance experience preferred.
- Construction experience preferred.
Required skills
- Diagnostic troubleshooting.
