About the role
Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Montessa Heights community in Murrieta, California. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas safe, functional, and well‑maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident work orders and complete repairs promptly.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Diagnose defects, identify root causes, and execute repairs in line with company policies.
- Provide on‑call support and weekend coverage as required.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
- Willingness to be on‑call and work weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
