Maintenance Technician – Luna Pointe (Full-time)

About the role

This full-time position performs technical and mechanical work to keep the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas at Luna Pointe meeting Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing them in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make-ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch-list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks and final inspection.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage and notify the supervisor of re-order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly, and assist with general grounds upkeep, pressure-washing, cleaning and minor painting.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays and respond to on-call requests.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart where required.
• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications (Type 1, Type 2 or Universal) and any state‑required certifications.
