Maintenance Technician – Lansdale, PA

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that the physical aspects of its properties in Lansdale, PA meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role involves responding to resident service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and conduct preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools, track usage, and notify supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Assist with grounds and common area upkeep, such as trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and painting as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including on‑call evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart when needed.

Required skills

• EPA Type I and II or Universal certification for refrigerant recycling.
• All state and local certifications required for service technicians.
