About the role

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Huntington Park property. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas in top condition.

Key responsibilities

Carry out routine and corrective maintenance tasks on building systems and equipment.
Ensure all physical aspects of the property meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.
Respond promptly to resident service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and supplies used.

Required profile

Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a residential or commercial setting.
Strong focus on customer service and ability to exceed resident expectations.
High‑performing attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship.
