Maintenance Technician – High-Speed Manufacturing

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair high‑speed manufacturing equipment.
• Prioritize operation and maintenance on multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform quality checks and record them in automated quality‑control systems.
• Interpret data to make quality and productivity decisions.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on process equipment.
• Maintain the work area in accordance with sanitation, housekeeping, and safety standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1‑3 years of industrial experience, preferably in a high‑speed manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work rotating 12‑hour shifts, including day/night rotations, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as required.
• Superior work history with good attendance.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
