Maintenance Technician – Harbor Park

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Harbor Park community in Vallejo. The role ensures that apartments, common areas, and amenities meet the company’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing debris, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and performing general cleaning and painting as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when feasible and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday schedule and respond to after‑hours emergencies.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections, documentation, and inventory management.
• Physical capability to perform cleaning, pressure‑washing, and painting tasks.
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
