About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team at Aspira, a 325‑unit high‑rise apartment community in Belltown, Seattle. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance across the property.
- Diagnose the source or cause of defects or problems.
- Execute repairs in accordance with company standards.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability.
- Willingness to work on‑site at the Seattle location.
