About the role

This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
Diagnose the source or cause of defects and make repairs in accordance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
