About the role
The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of the Chelsea Museum District property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar's standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite role supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new occupants.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors.
