Maintenance Technician – Broadstone Mission Valley

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the Broadstone Mission Valley community in San Diego remains safe, functional, and attractive for residents. Working on a lease‑up property of 497 units, you will handle routine upkeep, respond to resident service requests, and support the overall property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC and pool equipment.
• Inspect and maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities to meet company standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Document work performed and communicate status to the property management team.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Prior experience in hospitality or residential environments.
• Availability to work weekends, Thursday‑Monday, 9 am‑6 pm.
• Eligibility for a 100 % housing discount.
