Maintenance Technician – Bayshore Landing

About the role

This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks, and final inspections.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, track usage, and notify supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly, and assist with grounds upkeep, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and painting as needed.

Required profile

• EPA Type I & II (or Universal) certification for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart when required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and respond to on‑call duties.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
