Maintenance Supervisor – Westwood Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, with on‑call duties every other week.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety and code requirements.
• Oversee the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for community appearance, covering grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and specification standards.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, order supplies within budget, and execute monthly preventative‑maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with 3‑5 years of apartment or property‑maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lb and perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
• EPA certifications (Type I/II or Universal) and, preferably, HVAC and Pool Operator (CPO) certifications.
• Strong troubleshooting, time‑management and customer‑service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable attendance.

What we offer

• Quarterly percentage bonuses.
• Hourly pay range $31.73 – $33.00.
