Maintenance Supervisor (Westwood)

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the technical and mechanical upkeep of our Westwood community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, amenities and common areas.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment, coordinate vendors and contractors, and handle emergency response situations.
• Lead, train and hold maintenance staff accountable, ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of multifamily or apartment maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance setting.
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of California building, safety and housing regulations.
• EPA 608 and CPO certifications preferred.
