Maintenance Supervisor – The Bricks at Perimeter Center

About the role

This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing the source of defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee and execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move‑ins.
• Maintain the property’s mechanical and technical systems, ensuring proper operation of building infrastructure.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours maintenance needs.

Required profile

• Experience performing maintenance and mechanical repairs in a residential property setting.
• Ability to follow established policies, safety procedures, and code requirements.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve building issues.
