Maintenance Supervisor – Summerwell Avian Pointe

About the role

This position oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community upkeep, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee and execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant homes, including pre‑move‑out inspections and preparation for new move‑ins.
• Maintain the property’s mechanical systems, grounds, and common areas to ensure optimal operation and resident satisfaction.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule in addition to a Monday‑Friday workweek.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential community setting.
• Ability to diagnose issues, follow established procedures, and comply with safety and code standards.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
