Maintenance Supervisor – Rio Point

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community upkeep.
• Diagnose defects or problems and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch lists.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors as needed, and obtain required supplies.
