Floating Maintenance Technician – East Denver Metro

About the role

We are looking for a Floating Maintenance Technician to support our East Denver Metro properties. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies and code requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance across the property to reduce future breakdowns.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch‑lists for final touches.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any recurring problems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade certifications are a plus.
• Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
