Maintenance Supervisor – Los Angeles

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, on‑site role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform routine upkeep across the property.
• Diagnose defects, determine root causes, and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee and coordinate maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain on‑call and weekend availability to address urgent issues.
• Ensure all mechanical and technical systems operate efficiently and safely.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a comparable supervisory maintenance role.
• Proven ability to manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and lead a maintenance team.
• Willingness to be on‑call and work weekends as needed.
