Maintenance Supervisor – La Morada at Weston

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the La Morada community meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Lead the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, task completion, and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas, and parking lots.
• Inspect work performed by team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, scope, and specifications, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to order items within budgetary limits.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance activities and document outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience in property or residential maintenance operations.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage work orders, and coordinate vendors.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and standard maintenance procedures.
