Community Manager – La Morada

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the La Morada property in Weston, ensuring a vibrant resident experience while meeting financial and operational targets. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate staff, manage budgets, and enforce compliance with housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and input budget forecasts by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue goals by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and allocate charges to the correct chart of accounts.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends to inform short‑ and long‑term strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, rent collection, and lease administration.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and financial documentation.
