Maintenance Supervisor for Residential Community

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of Park 120, a residential community in Everett, Washington. The role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of vendors to ensure all building systems, grounds and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and supervise routine mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC maintenance tasks.
• Inspect interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities and common areas for compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage third‑party vendors, ensuring timely completion of work orders and adherence to contract terms.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders and preventive‑maintenance schedules.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and resolve issues to maintain high customer‑service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance operations in residential or multifamily settings.
• Strong commitment to customer service and ability to lead a high‑performing team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
