Maintenance Supervisor – Eden at Tradition

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of make‑ready processes and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects from resident work orders while following safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with policies and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ordering as needed within budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in company policies.
