Maintenance Supervisor – Avana South Station

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists and coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Maintain routine upkeep of the community’s buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with established safety procedures and regulatory codes.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Ability to interpret work orders, diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety standards, building codes and vendor coordination.
