Maintenance Supervisor – Abrazo at Robinson Gateway

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the technical and mechanical upkeep of the Abrazo community at Robinson Gateway. This position ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and other community spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and scope specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the maintenance plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations and code compliance.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage vendors and lead a maintenance team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
