Maintenance Staff for Golf Course and Facilities

About the role

The Maintenance Staff member will support the upkeep of the golf course, country club facilities, and surrounding areas, ensuring compliance with all standards and delivering top‑notch service to members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing course maintenance, repairs, and turf care.
• Maintain all facility systems, including irrigation, landscaping, and general property repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting members and guests warmly.
• Report issues promptly to the General Manager and follow the chain of command.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and club policies while on duty.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and passion for the club.
• Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, think critically, and manage time effectively.
• Integrity, responsibility, and flexibility to meet scheduling demands.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Required skills

• Experience with turf and landscape maintenance.
• Operation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
• Physical ability to perform lifting, climbing, and extended standing.
• TABC/Food Handling license.
