About the role

Lead multiple environmental projects focused on utilities and public lands across Southern California, overseeing teams, budgets, and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Prepare proposals, manage subcontractors, and control project budgets and schedules.
Provide technical oversight for biological, wetland, and restoration services in multiple counties.
Maintain compliance with CEQA, NEPA, and other environmental regulations.
Develop client and agency relationships, handle reporting, and support business development.

Required profile

BS/BA or advanced degree in environmental science or related field.
Minimum 7 years of environmental experience with at least 5 years in management.
Proven leadership in proposal preparation, technical writing, and field work.
