Maintenance Laborer – Day Shift

About the role

CTI is seeking a Maintenance Laborer to support daily operations at its Clarkdale, AZ terminal. The position is day‑shift, on‑site, and focuses on maintaining a safe, clean work environment while assisting with equipment handling and basic maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transfer materials between trailers and perform daily tractor‑trailer switch‑outs.
• Clean trailers, equipment, fuel island, buildings and grounds in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Assist maintenance staff with service calls, fuel filter changes, tire repairs and lighting issues.
• Perform daily equipment yard checks and operate industrial wash bay equipment.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license, at least 18 years old, clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years, no major violations in the past 5 years).
• Pass a controlled substance test and be authorized to access mine site properties.
• Ability to work varying hours, including overtime, and to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb.

Required skills

• Ability to operate a face respirator seal.
• Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations (OSHA/EPA).
