Machine Operator – Production Line

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to work on our production line, handling blistering, tablet‑counting and bottle‑filling equipment while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate blistering machines, tablet‑counting machines, and bottle‑filling equipment.
• Ensure the production line is ready and all required materials are available before operation.
• Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process.
• Conduct in‑process quality checks in coordination with the Quality Assurance team, including seal integrity, print clarity, and proper blister‑pocket formation.
• Clean and maintain production machines in accordance with approved procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical and operational faults.
• Complete and maintain production and packaging records in compliance with GMP, GxP, and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum two years of experience operating machinery in a pharmaceutical or dietary supplement manufacturing facility.
• Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under pressure.

Required skills
