Machine Operator II - 2nd Shift (Sunday-Thursday)

Key responsibilities

• Conduct the assembly and value‑adding of parts.
• Monitor product quality and re‑manufacture faulty items as needed.
• Secure accurate daily assembly production records.
• Execute production work according to ALPS standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED with relevant experience.
• 2‑3 years of manufacturing experience working with machines, equipment, jigs, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
• Forklift (or crane) certification is a plus.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing orders.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lb, climb, stand for long periods, and use equipment.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certification preferred).
• Reading technical drawings and blueprints.
• Use of measuring instruments.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Base pay of $23.50 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential and $2.00 weekend differential.
