About the role
Join Givenchy’s iconic Rodeo Drive boutique as a Style Advisor, delivering personalized luxury shopping experiences that embody the brand’s audacious spirit. You will build lasting client relationships while driving sales performance in a high‑end fashion environment.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide omni‑channel product recommendations across all sales platforms.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and all product categories.
- Deliver the Givenchy selling ceremony with passion and enthusiasm.
- Use personal style to create memorable guest experiences and foster loyalty.
- Capture client preferences through discovery and personalized communication (handwritten notes, calls, emails).
- Identify loyal clients’ interests for CSR initiatives.
- Support store operations, visual merchandising, inventory control, and after‑care duties.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills – written, spoken, and listening.
- Strong time‑management and service‑oriented mindset.
- College‑level education preferred.
