About the role
Apple Retail is looking for a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team that delivers the unique Apple customer experience. You will be responsible for coaching, developing and motivating team members while ensuring the store meets its performance and business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse team to achieve performance and developmental goals.
- Participate actively on the floor, interacting with customers and team members to model best practices.
- Recruit, train, retain and grow a high‑performing retail workforce.
- Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance targets.
- Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets and confidential information.
- Promote an inclusive, safe and respectful environment for all team members.
Required profile
- Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related field.
