About the role
The Cleveland Clinic Main Campus seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Ambulatory Radiation Oncology team. This full‑time, day‑shift position supports patient care in a cutting‑edge oncology environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient care activities under the direction of an RN and/or physician.
- Collect and document objective and subjective patient data.
- Complete nursing assessments and report findings.
- Implement nursing care plans, administer medication or treatment, and monitor patient responses.
- Observe patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
- Perform routine laboratory tests.
- Educate patients and family members about care and procedures.
Required profile
- Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
- Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- One year of patient care experience preferred.
