About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join its Pediatric Outpatient Clinic. This full‑time, daytime position provides an opportunity to deliver high‑quality care to children and support their families in an ambulatory setting.

Key responsibilities

Provide patient care activities under the direction of a registered nurse, physician, optometrist, or podiatrist.
Collect and document objective and subjective patient data, complete nursing assessments, and report findings.
Implement nursing care plans, administer medications or treatments, and monitor patient responses.
Observe patients for adverse reactions, perform routine laboratory tests, and educate patients and families.

Required profile

Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing.
Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Preferred: at least one year of patient‑care experience.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ohio LPN licensure.
