Lounge Manager

About the role

Swissport is seeking a dynamic Lounge Manager to lead the operations of its Aspire Lounges, providing a premium experience for travelers at airports worldwide. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while delivering fast, high‑quality service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day lounge operations, focusing on guest satisfaction and speed of service.
• Manage health, safety, environmental, and quality initiatives to reduce injuries and equipment damage.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle staffing levels, and develop talent for future leadership roles.
• Handle financial duties including P&L management, budgeting, payroll, and accurate reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, airport authorities, and partners.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive traffic with a “four‑wall” mindset.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company standards to create a discrimination‑free environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Ability to pass TSA and FBI background checks.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial analysis.
• Willingness to perform all hourly functions as needed.
