Loss Prevention Specialist

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to support Corporate & Regional Security at its Wilmington, Ohio Service Center. The specialist will assist in resolving claims, shortages, and security incidents by analyzing data and identifying effective resolutions, while leveraging video management systems, access control tools, and documentation software to prevent future losses.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in resolving claims, shortages, and security incidents.
• Analyze data to identify effective resolutions and prevent future losses.
• Utilize video management systems, access control tools, and documentation software for investigations.
• Maintain accurate case updates and tracking throughout the investigation process.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to self‑start, prioritize tasks and multitask.
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of investigation experience.
• Familiarity with VMS, access control, and case management systems.
