About the role
Mercor is seeking a Logistics Specialist to help evaluate and improve AI‑driven processes in large‑scale warehouse environments. This fully remote, contract position offers flexible hours and the chance to shape the future of robotics in supply chain operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assess AI performance in inventory management, fulfillment workflows, and autonomous warehouse navigation.
- Analyze order‑processing and logistics‑optimization scenarios for operational viability.
- Apply expertise from high‑volume distribution centers such as Amazon fulfillment centers or DHL hubs.
- Collaborate asynchronously with engineering and data teams to enhance AI‑powered robotics solutions.
- Work independently, managing your own schedule to meet project milestones.
Required profile
- Proven experience working in fulfillment centers or logistics environments.
- Strong understanding of the operational complexities involved in supply‑chain execution.
