Logistics & Operations Coordinator

About the role

Thom Browne is seeking a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day logistics activities across the United States and act as a key liaison with the central Logistics team in Switzerland. The role supports inbound and outbound shipments, customs compliance, and cross‑functional projects that keep the brand’s supply chain running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments.
• Collaborate with the e‑commerce team to oversee warehouse operations.
• Serve as primary contact for logistics‑related inquiries and operational support.
• Partner with freight forwarders, couriers, customs brokers, and warehouse providers to ensure timely execution.
• Support import/export activities, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and export documentation.
• Investigate and resolve transportation, customs, and delivery issues.
• Manage claims for lost or damaged shipments and coordinate reimbursements.
• Conduct regular warehouse visits and provide hands‑on operational support.
• Assist with annual physical inventory counts and accuracy initiatives.
• Support logistics projects such as store openings, runway shipments, photoshoots, and special events.
• Collaborate with global partners in Switzerland to ensure process alignment and operational continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes.
• Experience with import/export procedures, customs regulations, and transportation documentation.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience working with warehouses, distribution centers, and third‑party logistics providers.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
