Logistics Assistant (Part‑time Warehouse Role)

About the role

We are seeking a flexible, part‑time Logistics Assistant to join our fast‑paced apparel warehouse. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, wearing many hats and hitting the ground running.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with all shipping duties, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and lifting outgoing shipments.
• Process online orders, returns, boutique shipments, and drop‑ship orders.
• Schedule major store routing requests via the appropriate portals.
• Create accurate garment labels and UPC stickers using Word and Excel.
• Perform scheduled monthly cycle counts and maintain stock levels.
• Deliver and pick up goods from local factories.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by breaking down boxes, sweeping, and organizing excess stock.

Required profile

• Extremely organized and detail‑oriented professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑sufficient, able to multitask, prioritize, and work with limited direction in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable shifting roles and joining any task as needed.
• Background in logistics or shipping and able to lift boxes up to 65 lbs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mac operating system.
• Experience using Dropbox for file sharing.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
