Best Logistics Group seeks dynamic, results‑oriented professionals for a rewarding Logistics Account Manager position in the Mission Critical Logistics Division. You will collaborate with carrier partners and shippers, overseeing the full life cycle of each shipment in your book of business while thriving in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a client portfolio using industry‑leading technology.
• Act as liaison between clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships through first‑class service.
• Manage movement of goods to ensure safe, on‑time delivery.
• Provide market‑competitive pricing using advanced technology.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and solution decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of hot‑shot, flatbed, and heavy‑haul operations (a plus).
• Enjoy the work and contribute to a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Ambitious, outgoing, and success‑driven mindset.
• Strong email, phone, and face‑to‑face communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Operational experience in 3PL/logistics (preferred, not required).
