Loan Servicing Coordinator III

About the role

The Loan Servicing Coordinator III is responsible for the daily servicing of small business and commercial loans, ensuring timely processing, high‑quality customer service, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Complete new loan set‑up, funding, post‑closing review and process loan transactions across all product types.
• Maintain loan data in the core system, prepare payoff quotes, handle loan modifications, and manage SBA guaranteed loan servicing functions.
• Reconcile reports, monitor collateral records, ensure accurate lien positions, and support general ledger balancing.
• Train new hires, coach less experienced team members, and serve as point of contact for audit data collection.
• Support testing of new products, manage servicing workflows, and validate year‑end reporting.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3‑5 years of customer service experience and 6‑8 years of commercial or small‑business loan experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, credit policy, compliance, and loan documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet service level agreements, and maintain data integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using loan servicing and core banking systems.
