Load Balancing Engineer

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Load Balancing Engineer to join its Financial Services unit in Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on managing F5 load‑balancing environments and supporting infrastructure projects for banking, wealth management, and insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, conducting regular status meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support production operations, handling incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and change implementation.
• Monitor deliverables across all project phases to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience administering F5 Load Balancer environments (LTM and GTM).
• Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, HTTPS, SSL, and core load‑balancing concepts.
• Experience with application traffic management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ability to implement upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in F5 platforms.
