Litigation Paralegal – Remote US Law Firms

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our remote team supporting U.S. law firms that handle personal injury cases. You will manage a full caseload, work closely with attorneys, and ensure all litigation deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories and requests for production.
• Handle e‑filing across multiple court portals and monitor all filing deadlines.
• Coordinate deposition notices and scheduling with vendors and opposing parties.
• Prepare trial binders, exhibit and witness lists, and mediation briefs for attorneys.
• Maintain organized case files and keep the case management system up to date.
• Track court dates, filing calendars, and provide clients with regular case updates.

Required profile

• Experience working in a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal organization.
• Proven track record handling discovery drafting and responses.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) and strong legal writing abilities.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
