Litigation Paralegal – Remote US Law Firm Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support U.S. law firms handling personal injury cases. The role is fully remote and requires managing a fast‑paced caseload while collaborating with attorneys, vendors, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and respond to written discovery (interrogatories, special interrogatories, requests for production).
• Manage e‑filing across multiple court portals and stay ahead of deadlines.
• Coordinate depositions with vendors and parties, handling notices and scheduling.
• Prepare trial binders, exhibit and witness lists, and mediation briefs.
• Maintain organized case files in the case management system and track court dates.
• Communicate clear, consistent case updates to clients.

Required profile

• Experience working in a U.S. law firm or U.S.–based legal company.
• Proven track record handling discovery drafting and responding.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) with strong legal writing.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
• Primary focus on auto‑accident litigation; premises liability or dog‑bite experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management software.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑filing portals.
