Listing Coordinator – Real Estate

About the role

The Bob & Ronna Group of Samson Properties is looking for a detail‑oriented Listing Coordinator to support agents in bringing homes to market. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on training and a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain new listings in the MLS system, updating property details across company websites.
• Upload photos, videos, floor plans, and documents; ensure all information is accurate and polished.
• Assist agents with real‑estate platforms and create marketing materials such as property brochures.
• Provide administrative support for listing projects as needed.

Required profile

• 1+ years of administrative experience (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn new systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software quickly.
