Line Cook – Golf Club Kitchen

About the role

Join the kitchen team at Randall Oaks Golf Club and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. This part‑time, year‑round role supports clubhouse events and everyday service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and portion standards.
• Maintain a stocked, organized and spotless kitchen.
• Assist in developing grill promotions and special menu items.
• Handle, store and prepare food safely in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Keep food‑prep areas and equipment clean and well‑maintained.
• Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Passion for cooking with strong attention to detail.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant or banquet kitchen.
• Valid food‑handler certificate.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
