Lifecycle Marketing Lead

About the role

Mirage, an AI‑native video platform, is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the end‑to‑end customer journey for its Captions products. You will design, launch and optimise onboarding, conversion, retention and win‑back programs across iOS, Android and web, using email, push, in‑app and SMS channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to conversion, retention and win‑back.
• Define and execute a lifecycle marketing roadmap aligned with company goals and product priorities.
• Build, launch and optimise cross‑channel campaigns (email, push, in‑app, SMS).
• Design and run experiments to improve trial conversion, churn, re‑activation and LTV.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science and creative teams to deliver personalised, timely experiences.
• Leverage data and insights to continuously improve performance and inform strategy.
• Use AI tools to accelerate execution, improve copy and support analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing at a software or high‑growth company.
• Proven ability to design, launch and optimise cross‑channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience running experiments to drive key subscription metrics.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with product, engineering, data science and creative teams.
