LICSW or Psychologist – Youth Residential Program in Moses Lake

About the role

PsyPhyCare is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to deliver on‑site mental health services for a federally supported residential youth program serving ages 16‑24 in Moses Lake, WA. This part‑time contract position offers up to 20 hours per week within a structured, community‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to enrolled students.
• Engage with students in dormitories, recreation areas, dining facilities, and counseling spaces.
• Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff.
• Offer oversight, guidance, and training to staff facilitating group counseling sessions.
• Support student development, emotional well‑being, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation while upholding professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Active Washington State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Minimum one year of experience providing mental health services to adolescents or young adults.
• Ability to work on‑site Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM, with flexible scheduling for occasional afternoon or early evening presence.
